Read Asus VivoBook S15 S532 laptop Review and see the best price. This laptop will provide you with high value and consistent performance. The light weight and smaller chassis of the machine will not affect its reliability.
You can use it with ease and confidence for everyday computing works as well as some light and occasional gaming.
However, the screen quality and the battery life may be a bit of a concern for you but you should not complain about it because this is not meant for high-end gaming and intensive computing just as the other larger computers of a higher price range.
The innovative Screen Pad 2.0 technology of this system will improve its performance and consistency in multitasking. You will be able to change the way you work with your laptop.
The 5.65 inches wide touchscreen of the Screen Pad will enhance your productivity as well as the performance of the system with its unique collection of utilities such as App Navigator, Mode Switch, Slide Expert and others.
The keyboard, tough a bit crampy, is not all that difficult to type on. Most importantly, it comes with backlights that will help you to type on it comfortably even in rooms and corners where there are no adequate lights.
Lastly, the Ergo-Lift hinge will also enhance the user experience. With more comfortable viewing angles of the IPS panel and a good contrast ratio, the screen adjusts the brightness level most accurately, adding to its reliability.

Asus VivoBook S15 S532 Laptop Review
Buy for: Classic design, better cooling fans, competitive pricing.
Beware of: Dim display as per today’s standards, weird Screen Pad, average battery life.
The slimline design of the Asus VivoBook S15 makes it one of the most portable 15-inch laptops around, while its strong Intel Core i7 performance ensures that it can handle everything except heavy-duty gaming.
Design and Build
The sleek and slim design of the system makes it not only easy to carry but also more accessible, especially looking at it from the price perspective.
This is a much-improved version of a laptop belonging to this series. However, it does not come with any killer apps.
Users will still benefit from using this system due to its useful features, a far better cooling capacity, and top of the line hardware components.
The design appears to be futuristic which includes a huge Screen Pad that acts virtually as a second screen with touch features!
With a 16 GB RAM and a huge 1 TB storage, this thin and light laptop is not only good to look at but is also equally good in performance due to its design and build.
The display, though not a touch screen or anything over the top, is built with full HD four-sided Nano-Edge design and a bezel of 5.2 mm thin all around it, making an absolutely stunning 88% screen-to-body ratio.
This specific design feature, which is almost like a frameless display, ensures a better viewing pleasure, both for your work and gameplay.
Even the logo on the lid of the system seems to be edgy just as the side accents that block the color. Both of these give the system a svelte look.
The appeal of the design and the system is even further enhanced by the extra design elements included in the form of twill-inspired vents for the cooling system and the speakers.
Built by the engineers with precision, the system weighs just 2.68 pounds. The lid is easy to open due to the strongly built hinge. Check out top 10 laptop brands.
It comes with all modern hardware configurations that makes this compact and light weight mid-range laptop a good performer overall.
You can expect a reasonably high level of performance from this system, though the battery life is not something record-breaking.
The Intel Core i7-10510U processor is powerful enough to support these tasks with its 8 MB Intel smart cache and an operating speed ranging between 1.80 GHZ and up to 4.9 GHz, allowing the 4 cores and 8 threads to do the majority of tasks in quick time.
It is all due to the 4 GT/s bus speed and a 15 W TDP that can be configured to a high of 2.30 GHz and 25 W and to a low of 800 MHz and 10 W that enhances its performance level.
The NVIDIA GeForce MX250 dedicated graphics card integrated in the system will also make every job easier and better.
The RAM size of this graphics card is 2 GB which is enough to support all the tools of the system and help in every stage of the working process.
The Windows 10 Home, as usual, will offer you with endless possibilities. It comes with all the features and functionalities that will help you to complete your tasks in quick time and in the way as you desire.
Add to that, the Screen Pad 2.0 with an excellent and clear display will also make your job easier and faster even when you multitask on this system.
RAM & Storage
You will get a 16 GB DDR4 RAM included in the system that will operate at a speed of 2400 MHz while reading and writing.
Ports & Connectivity
The ports of any of the laptops in this series are never ordinary or inadequate in number and this specific device is no exception to that rule.
Though not too many high-speed USB ports in it, you will surely find enough to get your external devices connected to the system.
On the right side you will get a power cord-in slot, one HDMI port, one USB 3.1 Type A port, one USB 3.1 Type C port, one audio jack, one microSD card reader, in that order from the top.
On the left-hand side, there are only two USB 2.0 ports.
Coming to the connectivity, the system comes with both Bluetooth 5 and 802.11ax wi-fi communication standard. These will provide a stable and strong enough connection for a faster and reliable data transfer.
The single Lithium ion battery of the system is good and powerful enough to support all your work throughout your 8-hour workday.
Needless to say, that this is only when you do not do anything that is too stressful for the system to handle.
The battery life can drop significantly if you keep the Screen Pad on for most of the time and run software intensive programs.
The ergonomic backlit keyboard, the IR camera, and the different useful aspects and features of the Screen Pad 2.0, all adds to the performance level, appeal and functionality of this laptop.
A special mention is needed about the Screen Pad 2.0 simply due to the utilities that it comes with.
The Mode Switch helps in switching controls between it and the touchpad functions with just a simple tap. You can even enable the cursor mode temporarily with a quick tap with your three fingers.
Tapping on the App Navigator icon of the Screen Pad 2.0 will allow you to view all those apps that are open as well as move the docked windows easily between it and the main display.
The Quick Key of the Screen Pad will simplify all those complicated key sequences. With a single touch you can create your personalized hotkeys for the tasks that are used the most.
When you tap at the Handwriting icon of this unique pad it will allow you to take notes in the most intuitive manner.
The Slide Expert feature of the Screen Pad 2.0 will allow you to get instant control of all the common functions at your fingertip. This will specifically help you a great deal when you work on Excel, PowerPoint, or Word documents by making your job easier.
The Number Key icon on the pad will allow you to make numeric data entry most easily.
Other than that, the backlit keyboard will allow you to type faster and more comfortably even in the dark, making the keys clearly visible to you.
The IR camera supports Windows Hello and enables facial login. These unique features ensure safety and security in using your system.
The built-in speakers produce clean sound and in most of the times you will find that the voices in the video or music is fairly audible when you are close enough to the laptop.
The speakers of the system are located at the bottom and therefore the sound volume and output may be surprisingly low, with no bass at all. However, a good pair of headphones can change things significantly.
