It is also quite large but looks small due to the thick bezel all around, which is a drawback in it, they said.

Otherwise, apart from these two factors, they are quite happy with the screen that comes with an anti-glare property to protect their eyes, WLED backlights to save energy, and 220 nits of brightness and 45% NTSC color gamut.

It is the price to performance ratio that a majority of the users like about this laptop. They said that the laptop is really nice and performs quite well.

It is fast and very responsive even with its limited amount of RAM and a combo storage. Check out HP ProBook 450 G7 Manual.

The processor is quite good and efficient belonging to a higher generation of the Intel i5 family.

Apart from the integrated graphics card, absence of a Thunderbolt 3 port, and a slight issue with the CPU performance under load, there is not much to complain about this system, they said.

This system comes with an upgraded RAM and storage and allows advanced multitasking and faster boot up of the system and apps, said a few users.

This is a good laptop for doing some editing jobs, day to day computing tasks, web browsing, checking mails, and writing blogs and other documents both online and offline.

Though everything in it runs pretty smoothly, they regret that the system supports only basic computing tasks and gaming due to the integrated graphics card.

Our Testing & Analysis Report

We checked out the HP ProBook 455 G7 laptop both indoors and outdoors and found that the display is pretty good. Our testing and analysis team concluded that it is quite reliable in terms of brightness, color accuracy, and response times.

Our technical team also compared the performance of the processor in this laptop with that of the others in our database. They found that the CPU performed a bit on the lower side of a standard i7 or Ryzen 7 processor.

Even when we tested the CPU in high-performance mode, the results were not much different. However, according to Cinebench 20 benchmarks, it is quite good at handling basic and nearly all complex computing tasks within its limitations.

However, when we tested the overall performance of the system, based on our PCMark 10 results, we found that it was almost the same as other laptops with the same CPU and GPU configuration, in spite of its lower CPU performance.

Our professional technical team also found that the fan noise of the Probook picks up when it is stressed significantly while playing games on it.

When we used it for basic computing tasks such as typing and others, we found that the temperature stayed within manageable limits. Since the hotspots are on the backside, most of the keyboard and the palm rest stay relatively cool.
