Due to the lack of an SSD, this PC was not able to deliver very fast processing. However, we didn’t notice any random lagging or hanging issues on this device while juggling between multiple browser tabs.

We edited documents, ran data analysis software, used Microsoft Office Suite, and Trello on this device, and experienced pleasing performance.

We also used this device to edit some blog articles and update existing ones. The overall performance of this device was quite smooth.

However, when processing high-resolution images and rendering videos, we faced slight lagging.

Based on the performance we observed from this device, we can say that if you have a tight budget and only need a PC for basic tasks, then you can consider this one.

Otherwise, it would be advisable to find another device with at least 16 GB of RAM and an SSD. However, while working on WordPress, Blogger, and Medium, we didn’t notice a drastic breakdown in its performance.

We also placed the HP ProDesk 600 G1 SFF in a small shop where it was used for inventory management, point-of-sale operations, financial record keeping, invoicing, etc.

It performed very well, and the users didn’t encounter any major performance-related issues.
